About the job
The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager position will be a creative and analytical thinker with genuine appreciation for the arts and culture of Gaming & Interactive Media. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Develop content & activities of marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Manage and allocate budget correctly
- Manage multi-national team members & collaborators in hybrid working environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 1+ years of crypto, blockchain and NFT involvement
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Casual Gaming culture & marketing communication.
- Up-to-date with performance marketing techniques and technologies
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative actions
- Experience with social media and community management
Preferable Requirement (not compulsory)
- Experience in the mobile game industry
- Good English oral/written communication skills
